Simple Embellished Thank You Note Cards

This week, I'm writing my thank you notes for the lovely gifts I received for the holidays. I decided to take some of the stock note cards I had on hand and pretty them up for my thank you notes.

The idea started with this pretty ric rac ribbon from a Christmas gift.


I got out my note cards, glue, scissors, and a pen. And started measuring out the ribbon on the cards, cutting it to fit along the diagonal.

 I wrote "thank you" in the zig zags of the ric rac, and trimmed the ribbon.
